A method i use to edit photos and such...

Its copied from a blog i made on myspace so thats why i talk about the myspace editing tool.

Hey all.

Here is a method i use to edite photograps and drawings and such. All of the things i do here can also be done with the new "edit photo" tool myspace has recently added. If you press "edit photos" and choose one of your pictures, and then choose to edit and manipulate the image. I havent used the tool myslef yet, but i just quick checked it out and it looks good, it can do more than the programs i use myslef, lol

Anyway.

I start with a raw photo,

as such:

i always make a version with inverted colors alongside the original, this can be done in the mirosoft paint program (or in the myspace editer tool). Sometimes a photo works out great in the inverted version and sometimes it looks better in the original contrasts.

Then what i do is, i pull up the colors and make them more powerful.

Then i make the images darker:

after that, i pull up the contrast and make it more powerful:

Then i change the color nuances, and pick a look that i think is best:

At this point i just play a little back and forward with the contrast and i also make the images a little bit more fuzzy, to give them a less sharp look.
