God = Beast, Jesus = Lucifer

Here's something I found very intristing:
I was recently doing some numerolgy and found that The names God and Beast both = 77. 70/7 = OZ, another name for Baphomet. I found that Lucifer and Jesus, both = 74/11 in standard english.
Now 666 is a mutible of 9, 666 divided by 9 = 74!
Coincidence, I think not.

Appearently it's two sides of the same card, and is at war with it's own shadow/reflection? Pehaps it's suffering from a spit personality disorder?

Or Like the Wizard of OZ ( the name selected at random by the auther by looking at the spine of his encyclopedia set o-z), with the gold paved streets and emerald city spoken of in the bible, he puts on a show and wears a scary monser face, but then he turns out to be just miss placed wise and kindly old man, playing the trixster posing as God/Devil.

There's a Tom Waits lyric in the track 'Heartattack & Vine' that says "Don't you know there ain't no devil, its just God when he's drunk".
Lets not forget, of course, that the Jehovah/Jahweh of the Old Testament appears to be a completely different being to the one in the New Testament. There are just SO many inconsistencies within the Khristian faith, its hard for someone to sit down and rationally dissect it to get to the fundamentals....and thats even WITHOUT taking into account the garbled translations and hamfisted editing.
There are quite a few interesting theological parallels between Jesus and a number of significant other deities...Attis, Dionysus (My personal favourite), Apollo, Odin/Wotan/Woden and Baldur....and of course if you look at Prometheus, he contains aspects of both Lucifer AND Jesus.

The Process Church of the Final Judgement had a system that sythesized the opposing and complimentary qualities of Jesus/Lucifer and God/Satan - its VERY interesting.

I think that the problem with religion on the whole is that the vast majority of followers of ANY religion fail to see that ALL deities are simply aspects/masks of ONE archetypal source. Particularly Khristians, they don't see, or don't WANT to see that Jesus and Dionysus and Lucifer are all aspects of the same thing. They get quite hostile about it.

I'm pretty well up on the background of The Process. De Grimston was a raging egomaniac, but hey, whats the point in starting a cult or sect if you ain't??? He and his wife were escapees from the first wave of Scientology, incidentally. Have you read up on their methodology? DEFINITELY some nuggets in there worth mining out. As for Skinny Puppy, big fan here also and 'The Process' is a vastly underrated record. Note also that Genesis P.Orridge was initially involved with that record and it was he who turned Ogre onto it, what with his interest in Gnosticism and what-have-you. I know Skinny Puppy went and visited Xtul, which is where the memebers of The Process church went on a pilgrimage and is 'allegedly' a gateway to hell. Someone reeeeeally needs to write a book on The Process as info is hard to come across.

If I remember correctly, the ACTUAL number of the beast is 616 - it was changed to 666 during the time of Emperor Nero in order to imply that HE was the beast, as NERON adds up to 666. I could, however, be wrong as i cannot be bothered to look it up online. LOL.
