I have been most recently reviewing the Tablet of Nalvage, an item of the total Enochian System for which I have never had a pragmatic applictaion before. Lon Milo DuQuette's recent book shook something loose for me and recently I have come to a definite working hypothesis as to how to fit this piece into the overall puzzle.

Now, first, I need to explain a major assumption here: at this time I have no plans to materailly build any of the material items called for in a literalist use of the Enochian corpus; that will probably be the next stage of my work after what is now on the horizon is where my toes have come to rest, so to speak.

However, I have been working at menatlly building the furniture of the temple for soem years, starting with being able to recite the Watchtower Tablets from memory as a daily exersize. I treated the Bonorum material in a similar way after I had had the Watchtower Tablets well-in-hand for some years. I spent some years getting to the point where I can, in effect, build the Sigil Dei Aemth from memory by tracing it in the air as I call out the names. You get the idea.

I have more recently been calling out the central 12 sqaures of the Bonorum-derived lamen horizontally and vertically, tracing it on my chest, and doing the same, with the Tbalet of Union to weave the Quarters.

The idea is that when the time comes to make thes eitems, i will have well-established egregores waiting to occupy the material items as I make them; they have in effect been pre-conscrated by years.

I wa sneevr sure what pragmatic use to make of the Tablet of Nalvage. LMD's description made me realize that the four-fold set of three names that is the main body of the TN
has some resemblance structurally to the Wtachtower Tablets--but in addition a very few of those words are to be found in the 19 Calls; and teh rest look like they belong there.

So, it occurred to me that just as the Lamen weave stogetehr the Planetary forces, and teh Watchtower Tablet weaves together the Elemental forces, the TN perhaps more directly weaves the WT with the 19 calls.

Secondly., Lons view of the TN as a sort of magickal machine of wheels-within wheels, with the four Orders of Angels, the horizontal and the diagonal readings of the "continents" of the TN occurring as geared wheels or something like that, was very reminiscent of the Svastika. When I post the TN in a few days with some comments, that might be made clearer.

Third, I pursued the notion that the TN might be a model of the Watchtower Tablets--a model of how they branch from a common trunk, in which case the Tablet of Union describes the roots from which this trunk is raised.

Well, the horizontal read gives us 3 names per Continent (set of three 3-letter names), and the diagonal read gives us
two names plus the common name "IAD" which means God and participates in various names for God in the 19 Calls.

So, here's my hypothesis: the Orders of Angles at the sides of the TN have Elemental attributes which tie each of them to an Elemental tablet. My guess is: Luah=Praising Angels=Water, Lang=Ministering Angels=Fire, Sach=Establishing Angels=Air Urch=Confounding Angels=Earth.
My Hypothesis applies these Angels to the "pure Element" sector of each Tablet (Fire of Fire etc) and the remaining three Names to each of the Sub-elemental sectors.

The Two-names-plus-IAD Diagonal read looks a lot to me like the four Cavalry Cross Angels with a vertical and a horizontal Name. My idea is that each such TN pair is a meta-cross that can be vibrated before opening the subsectors on a Tablet via the four Cavalry Cross angels; IAD is called as a more-potent Name to empower the entire operation.

That'll do for now; if you know/have access to the TN this'll make sense whether or not you think it is sound reasoning. If not, next time I'll post the TN together with my specific argumenst for what Elemenst I assign to which quarter of teh TN etc (and I have some idea of what the Planetary role of the horizontal names and four Orders of Angels might be as well)
