Hitler needed a docile and devoted female population to breed the supermen he needed to populate his dream of the 1,000-year Reich. 
I truely believe many followers don't understand why hitler had so much personal hatred, But then thats what follower's do just follow without the question and understand of why. Hitler was one of many who became his own monster.
